Military Reserves

Military Reserves Detail
Joining a branch of the military reserve is one way to become part of the U.S. military without delaying your education or giving up your civilian career. Individuals who previously served in the military often join the reserve. Servicemen and women who are members of the reserve are called to active duty when needed. Each of the services is different, therefore the requirements for becoming a reservist differ depending on the branch of the military reserve in which you enlist.
The United States Army Reserves Jobs program has been working to deal with more than 50 different civilian companies in a good quality recruiting partnership. The Army Reserves helps soldiers join the military, and before they even start they are matched with a civilian company.
This guarantees that after their Military Service they have a job interview with a member of the company that they are matched with.
One of the largest companies that has now joined in this program and recruiting partnership is Wal Mart Stores, Incorporation. Reservists that wish to be hired by Wal Mart Stores are matched with Wal Mart stores, and after the end of their enlistment they have a chance to interview with Wal Mart.
